The Turkey Vaccinating Machine Conveyor is a multi-purpose machine equipped with a flat conveyor belt for the body and a cleated belt to hold the legs. This system eliminates labor hours and allows the producer the capability to perform multiple functions such as vaccinating and de-beaking.

The catcher places the birds legs in the leg transporter; the cleated belts which completes the capture. This design reduces catchers fatigue. With the machine, the vaccinator won't have to contend with a struggling flopping bird. Each vaccinator has their own work area so you don't have to worry about being jabbed by someone elses needle. The Turkey Machine makes it easy to inject the bird as it always passes in the same position.
The machine is user friendly. One person can move and set up the machine. It is narrow enough to enter the barn through a walking door and can be easily transported in the back of a pickup.
